A production manager is concerned with the planning, coordination and control over commercial processes. A production manager ensures that services and goods are produced efficiently ; they are of the right quality, quantity, and cost ; and they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the consumer, at the right cost.The extent of the job depends upon the character of the production system :
